All graduates of our BBA/EMBA in Property and Facility Management could be exempted of the first 4 units of their Graduate Diploma in Property. That is to say, our graduates can jump in directly half way through a Master Degree of Curtin University of Technology.

Exemptions - University of Technology, Sydney, Australia
All graduates would be eligible for entry into the Master of Facility Management (Online Program) and and may be exempt up to 24 credit points. Download Course Detail,

Advanced Certificate for Property Security Supervisor

高級物業保安主任證書

現時從事物業保安員的人仕有十多萬人，保安員可晉升為保安督察及保安主任。本證書課程深入教授物業保安的法例及管理工作，為保安員提供一個晉升的好途徑。
1. 物業保安督導技巧
保安主任的職能，保安系統管理，保安人員的培訓及行政工作。
2. 物業保安團隊管理
建立有效率的保安隊伍，團隊領導，工作培訓及評核，團隊溝通及人際關系管理。
3. 物業保安法規
教授有關物業保安的重要法規，如「保安及護衛服務條例」(法例第460章)，私隱條例(法例第486章)，刑事訴訟程序條例(法例第200章) ，「道路交通條例」(法例第374章) ，公眾衛生條例，噪音管制條例(法例第400章) ，等多項重要法例。
4. 物業管理法例
物業管理牽涉的法例甚多，如建築物管理條例(法例第344章) ，消防條例(法例第95章)，違例建築，大廈公契，業主立案法團之權力，法團在甚麼情況下可出售或抵押業主樓宇，還有搜查權及拘捕權等。
5. 商業樓宇/商場保安管理
商業樓宇/商場的巡邏保安及人流控制，防火措施，商場公共展銷秩序監控，防盜系統管理，危機應變處理，與區域警區聯系。
6. 物業設施的保安管理
大廈服務設備及系統操作，設施的保安及系統管理，防火措施，危機應變處理。

課程分六講–每講3小時 (6:45pm – 9:45pm)

(a) 保薦學員考取物業保安專業證書"Security Industry Training Organization (SITO)"，證書具國際認可。
