Dr. Tse is known for his research on real estate and housing economics in both theoretical and empirical, with special focus on the Asian newly industrialised countries. He has authored and co-authored eight books and published over 100 articles in international refereed journals (including leading US and UK journals). An early book Hong Kong Housing Market (1992) became a classic and mandatory reading for students of real estate economics. Dr. Tse has been Visiting Scholar at the MIT. Dr Tse is listed in MARQUIS WhosWho in Science & Technology in 2003, USA, and listed in MARQUIS WhosWho in Finance & Industry in 2004, USA.
